You've already taken the hardest step — deciding you want something different. Grata meets you right here, right now, with real care from real people.
The Reality
Weeks-long waitlists. Confusing intake forms. Judgmental waiting rooms. Providers who treat addiction as a side note, not a specialty. For too many people, the hardest part of recovery isn't the decision — it's finding care that actually shows up when you do.
Whether the pattern involves substance use or a behavioral addiction, that gap between wanting help and getting it can deepen the harm. Grata exists to close the gap.
What You Get
No waitlists, no months of wondering. When you're ready, we're ready. Most appointments are available the same day with a licensed clinician.
Every provider at Grata specializes in addiction medicine. You're not an afterthought on a general practitioner's schedule.
Therapy is available in Virginia and Ohio for substance use and behavioral addictions. Medication care is available in all three states; Pennsylvania does not yet offer therapy. For opioid or alcohol use, a licensed clinician may discuss medication when clinically appropriate.
Case managers, peer support, and providers who check in regularly. Recovery isn't a solo project, and we don't treat it like one.
HIPAA-compliant telehealth from the comfort of home. No waiting rooms, no parking lots, no running into anyone you know.
Care is $0 with accepted Medicaid. Commercial copays vary by plan. We verify your coverage before your first visit so there are no surprises.
